- We are building a professional global development team of innovative medicines with core functional roles, including toxicology, pharmacokinetics, translational research, clinical medicine, clinical pharmacology, clinical operation, pharmacovigilance, data management and statistics, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. This team will design, implement, and manage all clinical trials sponsored by Hongcheng Biopharma and will establish an extensive cooperation with national and global key opinion leaders (KOLs) in cancer and immunological disease area gradually. The core task of the team is to promote clinical trials rapidly and collect high-quality human data to differentiate product and accelerate new drug approval by translational research and cutting-edge protocol design. More than 50% of the staff in medical department have Ph.D. or M.D. degree currently. More than 80% of the people in medical department have working experiences in large pharmaceutical industry.
